Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment and high cleanliness standards of the workspace.
- Understanding that customer service is essential.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ year working within a speciality environment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction.
- Able to troubleshoot equipment issues working with La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Mahlkoning machines.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills.
- Ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance.
- Having a positive mindset with an ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
