The Skeff Bar & Kitchen are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join their busy team.
Core aspect of the role:
To assist the Bar General Manager in ensuring the Skeff Bar food and beverage service operates efficiently and effectively at all times. To provide all our customers with an excellent quality product and service.
· To assist the Bar Manager in training and developing the Supervisory team to affect the smooth and efficient running of all Food and Beverage service areas
· To be a hands-on manager is essential in the service of Food and Bar service
· The Assistant Manager is expected to contribute continued marketing and advertising for the bar
· The Assistant Manager in conjunction with the General Manager is responsible for the supervision of all ordering, delivery of stock and stock control of all goods and services relating to the bar
· The Assistant Manager will ensure that the presentation of all food and beverage service areas will be of the highest standards at all times
· The Assistant Manager will ensure that Customer care and service in the Bar are to the highest standards at all times
