Bar Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- At least 2 years' experience working behind a busy bar.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and the ability to prepare a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work most evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the bar team during service.
- Manage daily bar operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Cash up tills accurately and complete end-of-day financial procedures.
- Close the bar at the end of each shift, ensuring all closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain effective stock rotation and assist with stock control.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while handling customer queries professionally.
