We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Residential Sales Representative to join a successful home delivery campaign.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and working in a performance-driven sales environment.

The Role
As a Residential Sales Representative, you will:
- Promote a home delivery service to residential customers
- Build relationships and explain the benefits of the service
- Register customers using a digital sales platform
- Manage your own territory and achieve weekly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Represent a well-established Irish brand
Commission Structure
- Commission starts from Sale 11
- €20 for every online sale after the first 10 sales
- Additional bonuses available for achieving weekly sales targets
- Weekly target of 15 sales
Requirements
- Previous sales, retail, field sales, door-to-door or customer-facing experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Full, valid driving licence
