We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Floor Operative. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing finished goods for dispatch while supporting general production activities.
- Prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch
- Roll and package pieces of fabric
- Prepare pallets for shipments
- Inspect fabrics prior to dispatch
- Use computer systems, including Intact ERP (training provided)
- Unload and load deliveries from trucks
- Support general factory floor and production tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Physical Requirements:
- This is a hands-on role requiring regular physical activity, including lifting and moving stock, standing for extended periods, and preparing orders. Candidates should be comfortable performing manual tasks throughout the working day.
General Requirements

- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
