Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Corporate
Location: Swords HQ (Hybrid)
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support our Corporate teams, including People & Culture, IT, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance, inform strategic decision-making, and ensure effective budget management.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor performance against budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses.
- Partner with departmental leaders to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide clear financial guidance to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Key Requirements of the Finance Business Partner:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and forecasting skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
