Due to our ongoing expansion, we are continuing to hire General Operators. These are permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Production & Machine Operation
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in line with standard operating procedures.
- Carry out manual and semi-automated production tasks to meet nightly output targets.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment during production runs, escalating issues as they arise.
- Perform in-process inspections and checks to ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Accurately complete batch records, production logs, and quality documentation.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures in line with ISO 13485 requirements.
- Identify and report any non-conforming product, deviations, or quality issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work area in line with GMP standards.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions as required.
Team & Shift Support
- Communicate effectively with the outgoing/incoming shift to ensure smooth handover.
- Work collaboratively with team members and the Night Shift Supervisor to meet production goals.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
Support flexibility across different production lines or processes as business needs.
Key Skills and Competencies:

Leaving certificate or equivalent
Mechanically minded
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work shift - flexible
Manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential as training is given
Team Player
Computer literate
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Ensuring all Health & Safety is being followed.
Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
