Experienced Chef de Partie required for well known high volume operation @ The Halfway House , Ashtown, Navan Road, Dublin 7.
40 hours Per Week over 4 or 5 days.
Reporting to the Head Chef you will have a passion for excellent food in addition to a strong working knowledge of HACCP, stock rotation and presentation.
