We're Hiring: Retail Manager
Location: Letterkenny, Co.Donegal
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy landscaping retail store.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong retail management skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes.
- Lead, motivate, and support the store team.
- Ensure high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confidence in recommending products and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Experience dealing with suppliers, stock control, and ordering.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and a strong team-player mentality.
- An interest in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor products would be an advantage.
