Salary: €19.00 per hour (Base €15 + approx. €4/hr service charge)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
As Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and presentation. You’ll oversee a section of the kitchen, working with precision and creativity to deliver outstanding dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting seafood and grill dishes to the highest standards.
- Managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring organisation and smooth service.
- Following recipes and plating specifications, contributing to menu development when required.
- Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and assisting with orders.
- Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
- Working efficiently under pressure, ensuring dishes are delivered on time.
- Collaborating with fellow chefs and staff to create a positive, professional kitchen culture.

About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced in high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchens (seafood experience a plus).
- Passionate about food, flavour, and presentation.
- Reliable and consistent under pressure.
- Strong team players with a positive attitude.
- Available for evening shifts.
- Hold a valid EU passport or Irish work permit.
Pay: €15.00-€19.00 per hour
