We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the efficient running of our warehouse and distribution activities in our Limerick Office.
Role Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and maintaining a safe and organised working environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure accuracy on our internal stock control systems.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Report on warehouse performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
