About the Role
The Sports Dome Attendant plays a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly, safely, and professionally. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests during your shift — ensuring pitches, padel courts, and communal areas are clean, safe, and ready to use. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, cleaning, and facility oversight in a fun, fast-paced sports environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Open and close the facility following daily checklists and safety procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all areas including pitches, padel courts, toilets, reception, and common areas.
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, cleaning materials, etc.) and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
- Check booking schedules and ensure courts and pitches are prepared for upcoming sessions.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
- Monitor facility rules and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all visitors.
- Support the smooth running of kids’ parties and events as needed.
- Handle basic cash or POS transactions at reception (if required).

- Friendly, reliable, and confident working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and organised.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods.
- Physically capable of light cleaning and setup tasks.
Punctual, trustworthy, and comfortable taking responsibility for the facility while on shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.15 per hour
