Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm or 9am-6pm
Salary: €33k - €36k
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Weighbridge Administrator to join their team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As a Weighbridge Administrator you will be responsible for operating the weighbridge, record vehicle weights accurately, and maintain site records and documentation in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles and issue weighbridge tickets

Record and verify delivery and dispatch information

Maintain accurate electronic and paper records

Input data into systems and produce basic reports

Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and site staff
-
Ensure compliance with site procedures, health & safety, and regulations
-
Report discrepancies, faults, or incidents to supervisors
Skills & Experience:
-
Previous admin or data entry experience
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Good numerical and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Good communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently
