McLoughlin Butchers third generation business based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
We supply the best quality beef, lamb, pork and poultry to some of Dublins finest restaurants and hotels.
We are looking for Boner / Butcher to join our team.
**Experience is essential**
The Role is:
- Boning and Cutting of meat for customers orders.
- Ensuring all cuts meets customer and quality specification.
Work is five days per week 5.00am - 1.45pm Monday to Friday.
Overtime is also available during the year.
Salary: From €34,000 per annum but this can increase with experience.
Ideal candidate will have:
-Experience regarding cutting and boning and working together as part of a Team.
- Understanding HACCP and food safety training and understanding the importance of regulations which are set.
