Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our busy service team in Ennis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment, both in-house and on customer sites, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain a range of industrial cleaning equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Carry out on-site service work at customer locations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop and stores area
- Ensure all workspaces are kept safe, compliant, and free from hazards
- Take responsibility for good housekeeping practices across tools, parts, and work areas
- Keep accurate records of all service and repair work completed
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company and safety standards
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Experience in a service technician / mechanical / electrical role
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Full, clean driving licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate service records
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Desirable:
- Experience working with cleaning equipment or similar machinery
- Relevant technical qualification (mechanical, electrical, or similar)
