This Media Buyer (Creative Focussed) role is execution-first:
- You'll be in ad accounts daily optimizing campaigns primarily on Meta, but also other platforms like Google, TikTok etc.

You'll lead creative strategy by generating new ad angles, writing ad scripts for our video editors and graphic designers, and ensuring that creative tests lead to results.
You'll be client-facing, running calls, presenting strategies, and owning communication directly.

- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Structure campaigns for creative testing and scaling.
-
Generate ad angles, scripts, and briefs for editors/designers.

Analyze creative performance and create new iterations yourself by briefing editors/designers.

Manage budgets of $50k-$500k+ monthly across multiple clients.

Own client comms: weekly calls, strategy updates, reporting, and feedback loops.

Track and report on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, etc.) with clear insights.
- Significant hands-on experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

Experience with creative strategy: ad angles, scripts, briefs.

Client-facing experience: presenting strategies and handling feedback.

Previous agency experience managing multiple agency clients at one time.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, organized and proactive in managing accounts.

Must be available to work around US Eastern hours (9-6pm EST is perfect, but a few hours later or earlier is no problem)
- Work directly with high-budget e-commerce brands.
