Summary
We’re recruiting an experienced nurse (RCN, RGN or RNID) with acute paediatric experience to provide 1:1 complex care for a child in their family home in the Thurles area, Co. Tipperary. A rewarding one-to-one role on night shifts, supporting a family with a high standard of clinical care in a calm home setting.
The role
- 1:1 complex paediatric care in the child’s home
- 8-hour night shifts (full-time or part-time hours available)
- Delivering and monitoring clinical care to a high standard
- Working closely with the family and wider clinical team
Pay
- Starting at €28.33/hr
- Enhanced Sunday and bank-holiday rates on top
Essential
- Active NMBI registration (RCN, RGN or RNID)
- Acute paediatric nursing experience (essential)
- Comfortable working independently in a 1:1 home setting
- This role involves intimate personal care; for reasons of the family’s privacy and the child’s dignity, it is a genuine occupational requirement that the post is filled by a female nurse
