Procurement Manager – Louth
We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join a busy construction team based in Duleek. This is a key commercial role responsible for managing procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and subcontractor packages across multiple residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of subcontractor and supplier packages
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare, issue, and assess tender packages in line with project requirements
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve best value
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and Project Teams to align procurement with programme needs
- Monitor supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and industry standards
- Support cost planning and value engineering initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Buyer role within construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontractor packages
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualification in construction, quantity surveying, business, or similar preferred

Pay: €65,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
