We're a well-established, SEAI-approved home energy retrofit contractor looking for a sharp, detail-focused individual to work from our satellite office in Kerrykeel.
This role is built to suit the right person. Ideally, your hours would increase gradually to 17.5–21 hours as you find your feet. Days and hours are reasonably flexible. And there is even scope for full-time work within the company.
The Role
The primary focus is accounts support — including bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is alongside general administration, correspondence, and record-keeping. Full training provided — but accuracy and being 'on the ball' are expected from day one.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English — spelling and grammar must be to a high standard
- Bookkeeping experience and/or a recognised bookkeeping qualification
- Preferably have at least 1 year's office/administrative experience
- Good standard of education
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
- Outstanding attention to detail — this is the most important quality we're looking for
- Organised, focused, calm under pressure, and an active learner
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and working between various documents
