We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead our Maintenance Division.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills and site responsibility.
Duties
- Organise and lead a small maintenance crew
- Carry out lawn care, edging and estate maintenance
- Hedge trimming and shrub management
- Moss and weed treatment
- Tree reductions and removals
- Ensure high-quality standards on all sites
- Report directly to the Director
Responsibilities
- Maintain full Health & Safety compliance
- Oversee equipment, van organisation and site preparation
- Communicate professionally with clients when required
- Maintain company standards and reputation
Requirements
- 2 years experience in landscaping / grounds maintenance
- Full Category B driving licence (essential)
- Safe Pass required
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sites
- Chainsaw certification (CS30/31 or equivalent) desirable
- Tree Climbing & Aerial Rescue certification desirable
