JCPS Mechanical Ltd is an established and growing services contractor, delivering high-quality building services projects across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors throughout Ireland.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working across multiple sites in the Greater Dublin area.
The Role
This position is central to the successful delivery of our projects. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
- Manage site teams and liaise with subcontractors and other trades
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards, including leading toolbox talks
- Monitor quality and carry out regular site inspections
- Track progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Manage labour, materials, and site resources effectively
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to support project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and health and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Relevant certifications such as Safe Pass, CSCS, SSSTS, or SMSTS
