Overview of Role
To provide Project Management, analysis, and continuous improvement support during the early roll out of Lean methodologies to the organisation.

Process Mapping & Analysis
Lean Project Delivery
Governance Support
Knowledge Transfer & Capability Support
Planning for Lean in Induction
This is not a full-time role
Skills & Qualifications Required
Lean Six Sigma experience (preferably Green Belt or equivalent)
Strong business analysis and process optimisation capability
Experience supporting continuous improvement programmes
Ability to engage cross‑functional teams and Senior Management sponsors
Experience in regulatory or safety‑critical environments (advantageous)
Strong documentation, data validation, and facilitation skills
This is not a full time role
2-3 days per week during initial training phase (first 8-10 weeks)
1-2 days per week as projects moves into delivery mode
Additional hours / days as needed during governance reviews
