Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin. We work alongside the people we support to promote independence, build relationships and support people to live meaningful, self-directed lives.
We are currently recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our North Street Service in Swords. North Street is a highly individualised, community-based service supporting people within their own homes and local communities. The working pattern offers greater flexibility than a traditional Monday-to-Friday role, with hours arranged around the needs and preferences of the people supported.
Some occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Weekend work is planned in advance, and staff are asked about their availability beforehand.
The service does not have fixed closure periods, allowing annual leave to be taken at different times throughout the year, subject to the needs of the service.
