URBA Skin & Laser Clinic – Athlone
At URBA, we are looking for a confident, highly organised, people-focused Clinic Coordinator to become the face of our busy skin and laser clinic in Athlone.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves working with people, and understands the importance of exceptional client experience, attention to detail, and strong sales performance.
You will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly day-to-day while delivering a warm, professional, luxury experience for every client who walks through our doors.
About the Role
As the Clinic Coordinator / Front of House, you are the first impression of URBA. You will manage reception operations, client communication, bookings, retail support, and day-to-day clinic flow while supporting the team in delivering an exceptional standard of service.
This role requires someone who can multitask efficiently, stay calm under pressure, communicate confidently, and genuinely enjoy working in a busy client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in clients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing a busy appointment diary and coordinating daily clinic flow
- Handling phone calls, emails, social media inquiries, and client communication
- Supporting consultation bookings and treatment conversions
- Recommending skincare and retail products confidently
- Assisting with sales targets, clinic KPIs, and client retention
- Ensuring the reception and clinic environment remains organised, clean, and professional at all times
- Managing payments, deposits, invoices, and end-of-day cashing up
- Supporting therapists and management with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records and attention to detail across all systems
- Helping create a positive, energetic atmosphere within the clinic

Ideal Experience
- Previous reception, front-of-house, clinic coordinator, or customer service experience
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics, medical, wellness, or hospitality industries is an advantage
- Confidence using booking systems, email, and basic computer systems
- Retail or sales experience is highly desirable
