Job Title: Crew Member
Job Summary:
As a Crew Member at Burger King, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness in the store, and assisting with other tasks as needed to support the restaurant's operations.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Handle cash, card transactions, providing correct change and receipts.
* Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and other menu items as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
* Restock supplies.
* Assist with food preparation tasks, such as assembling burgers and sandwiches.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
