Full-Time Bar Person (39 Hours per Week)
Naas Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Bar Person to join our Bar Staff team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming club environment. Reporting directly to the Bar Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring members and visitors receive a high standard of service at all times.

Full-Time – 39 hours per week
Reporting to: Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a friendly, professional and efficient bar service to members, guests and visitors.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Ensure the bar is clean, organised and fully stocked throughout each shift.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the club's point-of-sale system.
Assist with stock rotation, stock control and replenishment.
Support the Bar Manager with opening and closing procedures.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety in line with company policies and legislation.
Assist in the setup and service of club events, competitions, functions and private events.
Build positive relationships with members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Report any maintenance, stock or customer service issues to the Bar Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Responsible, dependable and punctual.
