Since our opening in 2016, Rudys has quickly become the place to be in Dublin 15. Specialising in mouth-watering grilled dishes cooked to perfection in our open kitchens, our team of chefs here are passionate about fine dining and hospitality. The Role
We’re looking for an experienced waiter/waitress and barstaff to join our friendly front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and confident in a busy environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and looked after from start to finish.

- Previous experience in this role is essential
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
