The Role:
Due to further expansion, we are seeking a Grant Documentation Administrator to join our busy QA & Documentation division.
At Ashgrove Renewables, we are responsible for processing a large number of grants weekly. This Grant Documentation Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the grant management process by ensuring the preparation and collection of accurate and organised documentation of all aspects of grant applications.
This position involves working closely with the team to maintain records, upload grant applications and ensure compliance with grant guidelines so previous experience in this field is desirable.
This is an office based role and full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
Document Management: Maintain and organise documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
Preparation of Grant Documentation: Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Compliance Tracking: Monitor grant deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted promptly.
Data Entry and Database Management: Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
H&S: Maintain and collate health and safety records, RAMs and other associated H&S administrative tasks.
Communication Support: Follow up liaising with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders and other professionals on documentation requirements.
Document Formatting: Assist with the preparation of grant documents, creating templates, and ensuring consistency in presentation.
Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal or external audits by ensuring proper documentation is available and organised.
Administrative Support: Support the grant team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting basic research on potential grant opportunities.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative and document coordination role.

Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments, within the renewable energy sector.

Health and Safety experience desirable.
Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management.
