As Regional Supplier Manager, you will own and manage the day-to-day relationship and performance of one or more of Apple's logistics service providers (LSPs), ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs, contractual commitments, and service standards across EMEIA outbound transportation. You will analyse data to identify trends, surface risks, and drive continuous improvement across your provider relationships, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance delivery experiences. Working cross-functionally with colleagues across EMEIA Logistics and broader Operations teams, you will apply project management skills to deliver supplier improvement initiatives and support outstanding customer delivery experiences.","responsibilities":"Act as primary point of contact for assigned LSP(s), owning the relationship and driving accountability and continuous improvement against agreed KPIs, contractual commitments, and service standards.
Partner with providers to leverage the latest technology, enhancing delivery experiences across environmental impact, mode optimisation, and cost efficiency.
Implement standardised processes within provider relationships and collaborate with Procurement to ensure contracts and pricing templates remain fit for purpose and aligned to evolving business needs.
Ensure security provisions are in place across assigned LSP operations to minimise loss and protect Apple's customers, including full readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) with security procedures and lead times adhered to ahead of and during launches.
Liaise between assigned LSPs and WW & Regional BPR/OEM teams to keep improvement projects on track.
Own KPI reporting and data integrity flows for assigned LSP relationships, ensuring data is accurate, timely, actionable, and consistent across all systems.
Analyse outbound transportation data to identify trends, surface risks, and deliver clear recommendations to peers and leadership.
Contribute to team-wide automation initiatives in partnership with Data Science teams, leveraging emerging technologies including AI/ML to identify optimisation opportunities, develop new tools and processes, and drive scalability across the network.
Apply project management skills to deliver supplier improvement initiatives from scoping through to execution, contributing to change programmes and influencing without authority to drive cross-functional results.
Collaborate with colleagues across EMEIA Logistics and broader Operations teams to support outstanding customer delivery experiences, managing a varied workload and adjusting priorities as the business demands.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in outbound logistics, transportation, or supplier management across multiple markets or regions.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML principles, including data modelling, applications, and automation with the ability to apply this knowledge to support projects, interpret outputs, and collaborate with technical teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply chain/logistics certification.
Programme management experience with a continuous improvement focus.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to cut through ambiguity and deliver practical outcomes.
Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML within a supply chain or logistics environment to drive operational improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in a Supplier Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Operations role, with direct exposure to managing third-party logistics providers.
Strong analytical capability, comfortable with large, complex data sets and able to translate findings into clear insights for technical and business audiences.
Developed negotiation and influencing skills, with the confidence to drive outcomes without formal authority.
Strong communicator, able to articulate complex situations clearly to a wide range of audiences.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies across multiple project phases.
Proven ability to identify opportunities, prioritise by impact, and deliver under tight timelines.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a track record of identifying issues and resolving them at pace.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
