This is a dual function role combining Human Resources leadership with Operational oversight. Youll play a central role in ensuring our teams are supported, our services run smoothly, and our standards remain high.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Manage employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances
- Support performance management and development
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment law
- Maintain HR systems and policies
- Promote positive workplace culture
- Oversee day to day service delivery along with the client service manager
- Monitor KPIs and performance
- Ensure compliance with HIQA and HSE standards
- Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR and/or operations
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law
- Experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Healthcare experience desirable
