Business Centre Porter & Day Porter 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide
We are looking for a full time Conference & Banqueting porter to join our team. The ideal candidates will have previous porter experience within a 4 or 5 star hotel setting up meetings & events.
Please note that this role would not suit candidates only available at the weekends or attending college as it is a full time fully flexible role .
Responsibilities will include:
- Function and meeting room set up - involves carrying tables & chairs some heavy lifting.
- Ensuring the hospitality suites and public areas are kept clean and presentable at all times
- Ensuring all reasonable guests requirements are met promptly and professionally
- Professionally handling guest queries and assisting with AV equipment.
The ideal candidate:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service and customer care.
Excellent attention to detail is required as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work within a team environment.
