Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate the operation of the floor service during scheduled shifts
Manage and motivate staff, upholding a constant level of staff productivity
Ongoing staff training in service, wine and food items
Respond to customer queries and complaints
High standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
Control costs and minimise waste
Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Applicant Requirements:
3 years previous management experience within high-volume venue
Be a hands-on, natural leader who enjoys leading from the front
Strong communicator with a high level of initiative
Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
Approachable with excellent people skills
Superior customer service skills
Strong understanding of business management
Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources
