Molly's is currently looking to recruit both part- time & full-time experienced Security Staff to join our team. A PSA licence is required.Hourly rate pending on experience to be discussed at interview.

The ideal candidate would be calm, observant , attentive, diligent & highly focused individual with a passion for hospitality and health & safety. They would strive to create a safe and hospitable atmosphere for all our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform pre-shift checks before reporting to assigned post.
- Stay vigilant and observant at post, constantly monitoring the crowd for unusual behaviour.
- Loss Prevention: Anticipating & preventing incidents that may result in a loss for a patron or for the company.
- Constantly monitoring & supervising the patrons in your area.
- Constantly monitoring for drink spillages & working together with the floor staff to clean any spillage in a timely manner, ensuring the safety of patrons & other staff members.
- Reporting all incidents & potential incidents to management.
- Taking detail notes in notebook, with records of all nights, including nights where no incidents were observed.
- Writing up detailed incident reports after your shift of all potential incidents observed.

- Previous experience working as a security operative in a busy environment
- Ability to work both as a team & alone.

Requirement:
- PSA Licence
- Valid work permit
- Availability to work various shift patterns
- Strong communication skills
- Great English in verbal and written form.
- A bonus First Aid or other courses but not essential
Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
