Elle’s is a family run café located in the heart of Kimmage, We are putting a strong emphasis on our new exciting coffee hatch focused on high quality specialty coffee, seasonal drinks and much more.
We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Barista to join our team and play an important role in delivering an excellent coffee experience from day one. Working closely with management, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing café environment with a strong emphasis on quality, creativity, and customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare high quality coffee and specialty drinks for the hatch and table orders
- Support the day to day running of the coffee hatch
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and consistency
- Contribute ideas and creativity to the coffee offering
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista experience essential
- Passion for coffee and customer experience
- Friendly, energetic, and team oriented attitude
- Interest in specialty coffee and current drink trends
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Reliable and available to work weekends is essential
