Experienced 360 Excavator Driver Required – Mid Kerry
We are currently looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join our team for a long-term, secure position working mainly in the Mid-Kerry area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team on a 4-year ESB subcontracted contract, with consistent work available for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator on ESB-related works, with a particular focus on:
- Excavating and digging safely around live underground services
- Working with a high level of care, precision and attention to detail
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team on site
- Carrying out occasional groundworks when required
The role may occasionally involve work off the machine, including general groundwork. Experience with concrete works and ducting would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a 360 excavator
- Safepass Manual Handling
- Experience working around live services is highly desirable
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Relevant tickets/certification for operating a 360 excavator
