SSP are now seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join their team based in Dublin.
Remote working and company car included.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor, develop and implement H&S systems to ensure our standards, performance and compliance is of the highest order
- Provide support and advice to site management and employees on H&S matters
- Support the development of Health & Safety management capability
- Carry out site visits and audits to ensure compliance with specified procedures and standards
- Investigating, monitoring and analysis of accidents and incidents
- Development and delivery of health and safety-related education and training programmes for all levels of staff
- Development and review of policies, procedures, guidance and risk assessments relating to staff health and safety
- Monitoring and auditing of health and safety compliance.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years in a Health & Safety role
- H&S qualification an advantage
- Good communication skills.
