About Us
10x Team connects top independent professionals with pioneering AI labs to advance progress in artificial intelligence. We seek EU or UK-based Finance Directors and senior finance experts to train and refine AI systems on financial strategy, risk management, reporting, and executive best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Review and refine AI-generated content related to corporate finance strategy, financial planning, and risk management
Assess the accuracy and relevance of AI suggestions in financial decision-making, compliance, reporting, and cashflow management
Develop real-world scenarios and case studies based on your experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader
Create scenario variations reflecting financial best practices, strategic planning, and regulatory requirements
Identify risks, ambiguities, or errors in AI-generated content, providing actionable, structured feedback to improve reliability
Guide AI systems to better understand and implement senior-level financial leadership concepts
About You
Experienced Finance Director or senior finance professional with deep expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, and executive reporting
Based in the EU or UK
Strong track record in financial strategy, governance, risk management, and financial operations
Analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at delivering clear, constructive feedback
Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration

At 10x, there are two types of opportunities:
1. Traditional freelance missions
These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.
2. AI Lab roles
For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.
The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.
This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
