Role: Full time, with Early Friday Finish
The purpose of the role is to represent Western Hygiene Supplies Ltd professionally, ensuring timely deliveries while providing a reliable service to customer.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities
· Ensure that delivery routes are followed and that all deliveries are made and signed for by our customer on the scheduled day / time in line with customer instructions and within health and safety guidelines
· Safeguard picking accuracy to maximise customer satisfaction and reduce cost
· Guarantee that failed deliveries are immediately communicated to customers and the relevant salesperson
· Carry out installations, site surveys, and dispenser training, including refills and basic technical servicing, to ensure correct product and dispenser selection and high customer satisfaction
· Ensure that WHSL logo is applied to all dispensers and undertake dispenser audits, servicing and replacement of faulty dispensers and equipment in line with set standard and procedures
· Optimise the Aircare, ClisteClean, FM, Kan-Ban, Solutions post sales approach to improve lifetime value of customers
· To receive and utilise customer feedback to maximise customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunity
· Maintain WHSL vehicles, uniform, PPE, and footwear in a clean and tidy condition, ensuring compliance with requirements and a professional company image
· Full PPE must be work when handing the refilling / transferring of chemical containers (Solutions and ClisteClean customers)
· Use StaffCircle to keep up to date with our Company, Departmental and your objectives and participate in reviews
Job Requirements
· Prior experience in a similar role
· Full Van Driving License essential
· A solid understanding of Goods Outwards & Technical Service processes and protocols
· A self-starter mentality with the ability to multitask with competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
· A creative thinker with a strong customer orientation with Excellent interpersonal skills
· Thrive in matrix environments and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
