Primary Responsibilities:

Support engineers and business users of Individual and Family Plans (IFP) PCOR reporting applications

Validate new or enhanced technical developments and work closely with engineers to achieve quality and accuracy

Data validation and testing, collaborating with colleagues and resolving data issues in a timely manner
-
Work closely with business to gather and finalize requirements, business documents, or user stories
-
Design, build, and maintain architecture pertaining to data validation and QA automation
-
Load data and be able to create user friendly views, providing technical solutions
-
Responsible for maintaining existing data load process building blocks and customizations

Demonstrate data literacy and be resourceful in terms of understanding Medicare overall, STAR measures, gap closures and claims

Learn about the products, share ideas and be able to train or influence other team members

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or proven experience in a relevant field
-
Proven experience working with relational data and SQL programming (SQL Server, Teradata, or similar databases)

Proven experience in a QA role - testing, analyzing and validating data
-
Proven experience in data processing involving data movement between various servers (SQL/Snowflake/Hive), working with text files, and other data sources
-
Experience of business intelligence solutions and architecture (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
-
Experience with the software development life cycle (i.e. Business Requirements, Technical Documentation, Quality Assurance)
-
Self-guided in terms of understating data in physical tables or views, and ability to create/ enhance stored procedures or functions pertaining to report feeds, or any input/output
-
Ability to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision
-
Ability to perform system investigation, reverse engineering, and new development while adhering to development standards and good change control practices
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Python and Snowflake
-
Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Insurance Industry

Experience with automating ETL package
-
Knowledge of US Healthcare and Medicare

Solid communication skills with experience presenting ideas and solutions to business customers
