Ground & Co. Galway is a fast growing company with 10 cafes located in Galway City and it's surroundings.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual for a management postion in Crown Square, Mervue.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage our team and oversee all front of house activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
To oversee the daily operations of the cafe.
Build a rapport with our customers.
Manage, train and motivate staff.
Manage stock ordering, deliveries, and supplier relationships.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and food presentation.
Handle cash management, scheduling rosters.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Passion for coffee and customer service.
The successful candidate would be supported by the companies senior management team, and will be backed up by supervisors to ensure the smooth and successful running of the premises.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
