The Role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on content creator to own our social presence and help us build genuinely exciting marketing campaigns. This isn't a "post and forget" role — you'll be part of the team, in the room for launches and events, and given real creative freedom to make things that actually perform.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Build and execute full marketing campaigns around product launches and events, start to finish
- Write and design email marketing campaigns
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, in-store activations and shoots
- Keep on top of trends and jump on the ones that fit our brand (fast)
- Work closely with our founders on brand voice, aesthetic and campaign ideas
- Track what's working and help shape what we do next
What You'll Need
- A strong eye for design and visual storytelling — show us your feed, your reel, your portfolio
- Confident video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, whatever your tool of choice — we care about the output)
- A genuine understanding of what makes content work on Instagram and TikTok specifically (LinkedIn a bonus)
- Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
- Self-starter energy — you'll be trusted to run with things, not micromanaged
- Based near enough to Ratoath, Co. Meath to join us for shoots, events and launches
