We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team in the precast concrete industry. This is a full-time, permanent position offering steady, sociable working hours.
This role may particularly suit someone with a farming or agricultural background who is looking to transition into more regular hours and a team-based work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the production of precast concrete products
- Preparing moulds and materials
- Operating basic tools and machinery
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting team members to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on work experience is required
- Experience in construction, concrete, manufacturing, or farming environments is an advantage
- Good physical fitness and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to health and safety standards
