We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Childcare Manager to lead our childcare service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, health and safety, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the childcare service.
- Lead, support, and supervise the childcare team.
- Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations, Siolta, Aistear, and all relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of care, education, health and safety, and child protection.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure appropriate record keeping and administration.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for children and staff.
Essential Requirements
- QQI Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent recognised qualification) is preferred. However, candidates with a QQI Level 6 qualification and significant relevant experience will also be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of Tusla regulations, Aistear, Siolta, and Child Protection procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: €38,532.00-€45,000.00 per year
