What’s the opportunity? (Role)
This role represents an exciting opportunity to play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while creating a welcoming and positive experience for colleagues, visitors and clients.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, and with a dotted line to the EHS Manager and Quality Manager, the Office Administrator / Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for the organisation, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment and providing administrative support across the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Reception Duties
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for McKeon Group through professional conduct, clear communication, and positive behaviours.
- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a high standard of customer service to all visitors, clients, and callers.
- Manage front-of-house operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared, set up, and reset to a high standard for meetings and client visits.
- Manage incoming deliveries and postal correspondence (inbound and outbound).
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to managers as required.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding relevant office updates and information.
- Act as key holder for the building when required.
Facilities Management
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all office spaces including common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Conduct scheduled daily checks (morning, mid-afternoon, and close of business) to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cleaning contractors, providing feedback and prioritising cleaning requirements.
- Proactively identify and coordinate maintenance and repair requirements within the building.
- Manage facilities related requests and issues through the Solve system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Oversee stock levels of office supplies including stationery, canteen items, cleaning products, and ensuring timely replenishment in conjunction with the Procurement team.
QEHS Duties
- Provide administrative support to the EHS Manager and Quality Manager.
- Coordinate EHS training activities including scheduling, booking, and maintaining training records and certifications.
- Support the implementation and rollout of EHS systems and software.
- Participate as a member of the ISO QEHS Committee and ESG Pillar Team.
- Attend meetings and contribute to quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Act as a Quality, Safety, and Environmental Champion within the office environment.
- Support internal audits related to office-based activities.
Office Administration Duties
- Provide administrative support across departments including People & Culture, Finance, Operations, EHS, Quality, IT any another other department as required.
- Support the People & Culture team with event coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the People & Culture in coordinating employee recognition programmes and client gifting activities.
- Maintain and control branded clothing and stationery stock, including ordering and inventory tracking.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and management systems by identifying and reporting improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are delivered accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 1 Years’ Experience in carrying out reception duties
- Minimum of 1 Years’ Experience in Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using SharePoint or similar and Business Management platforms.
