Flexiforce, a Hartley People Company, is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client based in Waterford.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join a busy and professional environment on a maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be part of a small, collaborative team and will demonstrate strong teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to support colleagues when required.
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including creditor and debtor account administration.
· Prepare and process sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
· Reconcile customer and supplier accounts and resolve account queries efficiently.
· Maintain warehousing storage records and compile storage figures for billing and operational reporting.
· Manage employee timesheets and prepare payroll information, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payroll processing.
· Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and data entry in line with company procedures.
· Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to address financial and administrative queries.
· Work collaboratively as part of a small team, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to achieving departmental objectives and meeting deadlines.
