PJW Camilo Limited, trading as Brass Onion Bistro, is seeking to hire two Chef de Partie chefs to work at 22 Sion Hill Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, D09 KX22.
The successful candidates will support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring that high standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently maintained. The main duties include ensuring that food quality and food safety standards are upheld, contributing to menu planning and stock control, organising ingredients, dealing with incoming deliveries, carrying out basic cleaning duties, preparing, plating and presenting meals, and maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
The salary for each position is €36,605 gross per annum, based on a 39-hour working week. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for a duration of two years.
