Part-Time Office Administrator
We are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our family-run restaurant business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate, organised work. Working alongside another member of our accounts team, you will support a range of accounting, payroll and general administrative functions within a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Process daily receipts, payments and cash sheets.
- Assist with credit control and customer account administration.
- Support payroll administration, including the preparation and processing of payroll information.
- Assist with VAT3, P30 and other Revenue submissions.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve invoice queries.
- Maintain organised filing systems and electronic financial records.
- Assist with other accounts, finance and administrative duties as required.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounts, finance or office administration role.
- Excellent numerical and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience with Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll, including VAT3, P30 and Revenue Online Service (ROS) submissions.
Working Hours
- Permanent, part-time position.
- Three days per week, Monday to Friday, with days to be agreed.
- Alternatively, a five-day week working mornings only may also be considered.
- Exact working hours to be agreed.
- Office operating hours are between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
