We currently have the following internal opportunity for you to join our management team-
-Skip Dispatch coordinator-
Overview; To work in conjunction with the office supervisor and staff in our Cavan Depot, with a view to supporting with the the day to day running of the site.
Various functions and tasks will fall under this role and this list is not definitiv
- Allocation of work to skip drivers in conjunction with the office supervisor and facility manager.
- Organize the schedule of loads out of the yard. Liaise with other yards where necessary to arrange back loads.
- Become familiar with the Wheelie Bin Routes for both Domestic and Commercial collections- Gain a knowledge of routes and crews for each.
- Become familiar with the weighbridge system, its reporting functions and the processing of job tickets through the system.
- In conjunction with the workshop, schedule vehicle repairs, inspections, servicing of the vehicles and CVRT testing.
- Ensure all driver compliance with work vehicle tachographs, cpc's and digi cards.
- Deal with customer service issues taking calls
- Checking invoicing is correct on large customers
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Banking posting on system
- Checking on monthly POs
