Role description:
· Support the management of the day to day operation of the complete construction project from start to handover
· Completing daily / weekly check lists for Site Management
· Manage the trades on site
· Supervise Health and Safety and ensure all protocols are met
· Managing traffic on site
· Complete site inductions.
· Attend site management meetings.
· Complete the daily site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.
Suitable candidates should have:
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor working in Residential/Housing schemes
· Degree or trade qualified is essential
· Be able to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades and techniques
· Have clear understanding of current regulations both construction and health and safety
· Experience in management of Quality on site
· A track record in delivering projects on time and on budget
· Have basic computing skills as a minimum / working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Be able to demonstrate methods to maintain and run projects efficiently
· A full clean European driver’s license
· The ability to work as part of a team
· The ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent numeracy and computer skills
· Professional presence, dress and demeanour
Pay: €52,477.20-€77,601.44 per year
