Chef de Partie – Burzza & Bodega, Waterford
Full-Time Position
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, working across two of Waterford's most established and respected restaurants – Burzza and Bodega Restaurant & Wine Bar.
This unique opportunity offers exposure to two different food concepts: the Italian style environment of Burzza and the quality-driven, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine of Bodega, which focuses on local produce and seasonal ingredients.
The Role
- Run and manage your designated section during service.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.
- Work across both Burzza and Bodega kitchens as required.
- Assist with menu development and daily specials.
- Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are maintained.
- Support stock control, ordering, and waste management.
- Work closely with Head Chefs and management to deliver exceptional food consistently.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a professional kitchen.
- Previous Chef de Partie experience preferred.
- Passion for quality ingredients and great food.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure in busy service periods.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
